Our Board

The Board of Governance ensures Norwood provides the best community mental health service and programs to meet the need of its community, its clients and their families.

The Board is made up of ten volunteers, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to Norwood.

Simon Pinnock (Chair)

BA, MBA, FAICD, FAMI, CPM, AFAIM

Simon is an experienced director in for profit, not for profit and community enterprises. He joined the Norwood Board of Governance in 2006 and has held the position of Chair since 2007.  Simon's contributions to the Board are in the areas of strategic thinking and business planning and finance.


Skev Ioannou (Deputy Chair)

BA (Hons), G. Dip (Visual Arts), Diploma AICD

Skev is a committed member of Norwood's Board of Governance and is committed to Norwood's journey to assist people and expand its programs. Skev supports the strategy and goals set for our Norwood clients, customers, staff and the Board.

Skev's professional background is in marketing, information technology, business development and management.  Skev has also completed her Diploma at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rohan
 

Rohan Sutherland (Treasurer)

CA, MAICD

Rohan brings over 12 years experience within the accounting and finance industry and currently holds the position of Finance Director in the chemical manufacturing industry operating in Australia and New Zealand.

Rohan gained a solid grounding in corporate insolvency before moving to the petrochemical industry and took on a variety of roles, including Credit Risk Management to Finance and Administration Manager.

Rohan's strengths include commercial awareness, sound management experience and customer focus. 

Rohan hold memberships to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ian brings a wealth of business operational knowledge to Norwood, especially in the arena of business administration, communication and relationship building.

Ian is committed to ensure customer service, attention to detail and the quality of Norwood outcomes are a priority.

Muyesser Durur

 

Muyesser Durur

PhD, MBA (HRM) & GDB (Policy Studies), MAICD, FAHRI

Muyesser has extensive experience and knowledge in leading change and building organisational capacity. She is a strategic thinker who enjoys the challenges of complexity with extensive leadership and management and governance experience including consultancy and presentation skills at national and international levels.

Muyesser believes strongly in the transformational power of education in changing people’s lives, and am a strong believer in the importance of valuing diversity, fair treatment and inclusion.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in Public Sector, Tertiary Education Community Engagement, and is passionate about making a difference to organisations, business and communities through people and building sustainable futures.
 

Glen Sillett

GD (Financial Markets), MEI, GAICD

Glen holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MEI); various qualifications in Finance, Engineering and Psychotherapy, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Glen brings skills in finance, analysis and management from over 25 years of industry experience in ICT, banking, manufacturing and engineering.

Glen adds value to the Norwood Association Board of Governance, and is continually striving to grow his skills as a board member for the not-for-profit sector

Steve Woolley

Steve has been a Norwood Board member for over ten years and is also the Chair of three advisory groups at Norwood: Occupational Health and Safety; Client Reference Group; and the Newsletter Group.

Steve is committed to representing the needs of Norwood's clients.
