Throughout their journey, Norwood clients are offered various forms of support and also an ability to provide feedback on their experiences to improve service quality. Likewise, Norwood offers support for carers to ensure they remain fully informed at all times.

Norwood achieves this through the following:

Client Co-Design
As a client-focused organisation, Norwood undertakes regular consultation with clients to ensure an improved service quality.

Integration Liaison
The Integration Liaison Officer works with Norwood clients to ensure their voice is heard throughout the organisation.

Client Reference Group
The Client Reference Group meets monthly to discuss Norwood’s services and provide feedback to the organisation on ways in which these services could be enhanced.

Brimbank Carers Group
The Brimbank Carers Group provides carers with support, information and an opportunity for social interaction with others who may be experiencing similar circumstances.
