Mental health issues can affect anyone – rich or poor, young or old – shattering the lives of those affected and the people close to them. One in four of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our lives.

For 25 years Norwood has been leading the way in our community to improve the quality of life of people who experience mental distress and end the stigma and discrimination that they encounter.

There are many ways in which you can help Norwood assist people on their journey to recovery.  By supporting Norwood, you will be supporting the improvement of your community’s health and providing a positive and lasting impact on many people.

Norwood manages a series of community, corporate and staff fundraising events throughout the year. These events generate vital funds to enhance services across Norwood.

We also rely on generous donations to help people within our community who have a mental illness. Donation can vary from a one-off contribution, regular giving, or leaving a bequest in your will. For more information about how to donate click here.

The Norwood Volunteer Program allows community members to assist Norwood without making a financial obligation. The commitment and activities can be tailored to suit your individual needs and skills.
