Norwood is a non-profit organisation which provides community based mental health outreach services throughout the western suburbs of Melbourne. We provide a range of distinct programs for our clients and community. These programs differ in the nature and degree of support required, and also the duration in which support is offered, but all aim to support clients through their recovery journey as they work towards greater independent living. These programs include: Norwood Outreach Support Program Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (PHaMP) Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) Pathways Mental Health First Aid Refugee Mental Health Access Liaison Project
Remember referral from a family member or agency professional can only be expressed with permission from the person being referred. Norwood does not provide clinical support treatment services; however, Norwood works in collaboration with mental health professionals. |
